Research interests include crack damage detection methods of structure surface based on digital image processing and three-dimensional reconstruction, finite element model updating methods based on structural vibration, structural modal parameter identification, structural monitoring and new structure testing technology and application. The recently completed representative applied research projects include the construction monitoring of the steel roof structure of the passenger terminal and the integrated transfer center of the Beijing New Airport (including stress and strain monitoring, displacement and deformation monitoring using drones and three-dimensional scanning). Shougang Cooling Tower structural reinforcement consulting project for Snowboarding of Winter Olympics, Drone inspection of Lanzhou Zhongshan Bridge and crack identification, Baosteel N material yard monitoring technology.
